Becoming a PU-PH in dentistry
The same single corps of MCU-PH and PU-PH, with sections 56 to 58 and the CCU-AH fellowship in a dental care centre.
The statutory steps are the same as in medicine (single corps created by decree no. 2021-1645). This page only covers what is specific.
What is specific
- Fellowship: since decree no. 2024-940 of 16 October 2024, assistants in dental care, teaching and research centres have been grouped under the status of CCU-AH (academic clinical fellow).
- CNU sections 56, 57 and 58 (CNU: National Council of Universities), each divided into subsections (for example 58-01: restorative dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics).
- PhD, HDR (habilitation to supervise research) and mobility: the same rules as in medicine.
