Where this method comes from

This site grew out of the hands-on experience of a professor of universities – hospital practitioner who, over several months, built a system for using AI across all three of his missions: an anticipation dashboard, a daily email triage, some fifty skills organised by role, scheduled routines, and a monitoring page.

The guides describe what worked, but also what did not: too many scheduled tasks, poorly controlled costs, silent failures, duplicate pages. These lessons are built into the guides.

The principles

• The human validates, the AI prepares. Nothing is sent, written to a shared tool or deleted without your approval.
• No identifiable patient data in any service not authorised by your institution.
• Verifiable sources: every scientific reference comes from PubMed, every regulatory reference from an official text.
• A method, not a tool: features change, principles remain.
